Your right to request deletion
If you created a Task Manager Pro account, you can request deletion of your account and the personal information associated with it.
Option 1: Request deletion in the App
Open Task Manager Pro and look for the account deletion option in the account or settings area. Follow the displayed instructions to submit your request.
If this option is not available in your installed version, use the email method below while we direct you to the supported deletion process.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Send an email to info@vbwebsol.com with the subject:
Task Manager Pro — Account and Data Deletion Request
Please include the email address associated with your account and enough information for us to identify the account. Do not include your password.
We may ask for reasonable verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
What information may be deleted?
Subject to applicable law and the actual data associated with your account, deletion may include:
- Account profile information, such as your name and email address.
- Address, phone number, and other profile fields you provided.
- Tasks, task descriptions, dates, priorities, and completion status associated with the account.
- Account-linked settings and other associated records under our control.
What happens after you request deletion?
We will review the request and, after any necessary verification, process it in accordance with applicable requirements.
Deleting the account is not the same as signing out, disabling the account, or uninstalling the App.
Some limited information may be retained when required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. If retention is required, it will be limited to the applicable purpose and period.
Information retained independently by third-party service providers may be subject to their own policies and legal obligations. Information stored only on your device may need to be removed separately from the device.
